Welcome to Learn with Lolonyo Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Products and Services

Learn with Lolonyo Ltd provides inclusive learning resources, including:

  • Physical books and worksheets
  • Digital books and downloadable worksheets

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe using major credit and debit cards.
  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We currently only ship within the UK.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.
  • Shipping Fees: Costs will be calculated at checkout.

5. Digital Products

  • Digital products can be downloaded up to five (5) times per purchase.
  • Digital products are for personal use only and must not be resold, redistributed, or modified.

Before completing payment for a digital product, you will be asked to expressly confirm that you would like access to begin immediately, and that you understand this means you lose your 14-day right to cancel that would otherwise apply under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your order will not be processed until you give this confirmation.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

6.1 Your right to cancel – physical products

If you are a consumer buying from us at a distance, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel your order for physical products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us at enquiries@learnwithlolonyo.com within the 14-day period, or see 6.4 below for what to include.

Once you have told us you want to cancel, please return the goods to us within 14 days. You may unpack and inspect the goods as you would in a shop, but if their value is reduced as a result of unnecessary handling, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence that you've sent them back), using the payment method you originally used.

6.2 Faulty or misdescribed goods

The above is separate from, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Depending on how long you've had the product, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Contact us at enquiries@learnwithlolonyo.com and we'll talk you through your options.

6.3 Digital products

Digital products are non-refundable once you have confirmed at checkout that you would like immediate access, in line with Section 5. This does not affect your rights if a digital product is faulty or not as described.

6.4 How to cancel

To cancel, email us at enquiries@learnwithlolonyo.com with your name, your order number, the date you received your order, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We'll confirm we've received your cancellation as soon as we can.

7. User Data and Privacy

We collect and process user data in accordance with UK data protection laws. Data is collected for:

  • Processing sales, providing customer service, and fulfilling deliveries.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All products, content, and materials are copyrighted by Learn with Lolonyo Ltd.
  • Customers are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or resell any products.

9. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes from our products.
  • Learn with Lolonyo Ltd is not liable for any technical issues, website downtime, or delays in order processing beyond our reasonable control.
  • In no event shall Learn with Lolonyo Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from product use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10. Age Requirement

You must be 18 or over to place an order with us. Our products are designed to be used by children under the guidance of a parent, guardian, or teacher.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time – for example, to reflect changes in the law or in how we do business. The version in force is the one published on our website at the time you place your order. We will flag any material changes clearly.

12. Complaints

If something's gone wrong, contact us at enquiries@learnwithlolonyo.com and we'll aim to acknowledge your query within 2 working days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
